About the Role



Responsibilities:



- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.

- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

- Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.

- Assist in the management of office operations and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:


1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.


2. Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.

- Proven experience supporting senior management or executives.


3. Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


4. Attributes:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


5. Additional Qualifications:

- Familiarity with accounting or financial reporting is a plus.

- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.

- Experience in handling travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.


6. Language Proficiency:

- Fluency in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Mandarin] is preferred.
